Sunday Check-In: Week 2
Thank you so much for all you’ve done and shared this week. I’ve truly enjoyed reading your comments and questions. As promised, here’s my attempt to answer some!
Whether you’re reading this on Sunday or Monday, I encourage you to take a moment to pause and reflect on what you’ve done and accomplished so far. Check out these questions and answer whichever ones you’d like, on your own and/or in the comments.
What have you tried?
What have you noticed, observed, or learned?
What’s working?
What’s not?
What would you like advice from the community on?
What are you curious about?
What would you like to change?
What have other people in your life (including your kids, if you have them) noticed about how you interact with your phone?
What do you feel proud of?
See you tomorrow!
As always, you can ask me (and your fellow participants) questions—and share observations and insights— by leaving a comment.
You can also send me questions privately simply by responding to your daily email, but I encourage you to engage with the community in the comments; you may be surprised to discover that other people are struggling with the same thing!
Remember! Next weekend, from Friday to Saturday night (2/20-2/21), I’ll be inviting you to take a full 24-hour break from your phone. Please make sure that this is in your calendar – and I also recommend inviting a friend to do it with you. (You may even want to make a plan right now for something fun to do together next Saturday.) I know this idea is probably making you anxious. But trust me: you’ll be okay. (You may even end up delighted!)
