After I wrote How to Break Up With Your Phone, I heard from thousands of people around the world who were struggling with their relationships with technology — so I decided to create Screen/Life Balance.
Screen/Life Balance is a community and resource hub that’s designed to help people (myself included) take back control over how we’re spending our attention and time, so that we can reconnect with — and prioritize — the people we love and the activities that bring us meaning and joy.
